We’ve made returning easy!

• 30-Day Return Policy: We welcome returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Initiate a Return: To start a return process, kindly email us at info@bellstoys.com, and we'll guide you through the steps.
• Condition for Refund: Items must be returned in their original condition for a full refund. Returns of used, damaged, washed, or altered items may be declined.
• Timeframe: Returns received outside the 30-day window or not meeting our policy may be rejected. Such items can be shipped back at the customer's expense.
• Refund Processing: We strive to process returns and issue refunds within 7 days through the original payment method.

• Exchanges: For changes in color or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
